1. Production Time

  • Each item is made to order to ensure a perfect finish and premium quality.

  • Standard production time is approximately 3–7 business days.

  • Production times may vary depending on material availability or seasonal workload.

2. Shipping Process

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order enters production.

  • When your item is ready to ship, we’ll send a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

  • Orders are shipped using our trusted logistics partners, with global coverage and tracking support.

3. Shipping Fees & Delivery Times

  • Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Typical delivery times range between 7–14 business days once the order has shipped.

  • Express delivery options may be available in select regions for an additional fee.

4. Customs Duties & Taxes

  • These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

5. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

  • You can track your shipment via the courier's website.

6. Delivery Delays

  • All delivery times are estimated and may vary due to high order volume, carrier issues, or customs processing.

  • We will notify you of any significant delays that may occur.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • If your item is missing or damaged, notify us within 24 hours so we can assist with resolution.

8. Address Changes

  • Address changes can only be made before shipment is processed.

  • Marceau Belle is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

9. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement.

  • After this window, production begins and changes are no longer possible.

10. Returns & Return Shipping Fees

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is in original, unworn condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • 📌 Please note: Items marked as discounted or on sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.
