5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not offer cash refunds, but we provide:

  • Exchanges: Within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Store Credit: Instead of an exchange, valid for 6 months.

Return conditions:

  • New, unused items in original packaging.

  • Insured, trackable return shipping (customer's responsibility).

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items are used, worn, missing parts, or past the 14-day window.

We are not responsible for dissatisfaction resulting from customizations or incorrect selections by the customer. Please review all product details carefully before ordering.

  • A limited warranty against manufacturing defects applies for 30 days from delivery.
